At the same time, guided visits to Arraunetxe offer the chance to understand the history of rowing. In Orio, rowing is not just a sport. It is part of the local identity.
The cigarette butt collection at Antilla is organised in collaboration with Surfrider, offering another way to participate without entering the water, with the same goal: taking care of the environment.
Afternoon in the village: share and learn
In the afternoon, the activity moves to Herriko Plaza. Workshops and an eco-market focus on plastic awareness and local products.
The day continues with “Basque stories from the water” and finishes with a concert in the square. A shared village moment.
