ACTIVITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any service, equipment or item not expressly indicated in the “Included” section is not included.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS

The conditions depend on the fare selected at the time of booking:

Standard Fare: if the customer requests to cancel or modify the booking, they will not be entitled to a date change or a refund of the amount paid.

Flexible Fare: allows you to request a date change or a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with the conditions and deadlines established in the booking.

We recommend checking your selected fare and its conditions before the day of the activity.

PLAN B – IF WE CANNOT OPERATE THE BOAT TRIP

If sea conditions, weather conditions or safety reasons prevent the boat trip from taking place, Begi Bistan will offer the options corresponding to the fare booked.

The Plan B, subject to availability, may consist of one of the following activities:

📌 A guided walking tour of approximately 1 hour to discover the Flysch, passing by the San Telmo hermitage. It includes a gift from the “Cállate la Boca” collection, valued at up to €15 for adults and €8 for children.

📌 Around the World – Elcano Route: a group experience of approximately 90 minutes, inspired by the first circumnavigation of the world.

If you have booked the Standard Fare, the experience will continue with one of the available Plan B activities. Once the alternative activity has been provided, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

If you have booked the Flexible Fare, you may choose between moving your booking to another available date, voluntarily taking part in a Plan B activity or requesting a full refund of the amount paid.

Begi Bistan will inform you in advance if the boat trip cannot take place and will advise you of the options available for your booking.
