Gymkana Nomada is an urban and flexible team building experience designed to activate teams in any city through play, strategy, and local culture.

We start in San Sebastián, but its format is designed to be moved to Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Pamplona, Logroño, Santander… and beyond.

Each city is a board. Each team is a group of explorers. And each challenge is a way to get to know each other better while discovering what makes each capital unique.

What does this activity consist of?

The entire route adapts to the group: it can be done walking, by public transport, or by bike, and the difficulty level adjusts to the team’s dynamics.
